17 Jan Consistency is King!
Everyday I move, everyday I’m consistent in doing exercise, in fact in everything I do! It is consistency that supports you and will take you where you want to go.
Sure motivation has a bit to do with it, but even those days when motivation lets you down, it’s consistency that will get you up and moving.
Be consistent with your routine, and you will achieve your goals. There’s no need for hype, and no place to do it for a few days, then blow consistency with a big setback treat! Consistency will help you not think, just do.
Consistency is steadfast, and it’s relentless, so take out the emotion, and get on with the task at hand. Hence why I’ve crowned consistency as the KING!
